Imagine being right on the edge of the lake in a Lake Garda villa, enjoying the boutique style of a comfortable and authentic property, the perfect base from which to explore?
With an emphasis on clever renovations and the incorporation of character features fused with elegant modern conveniences, our Lake Garda villas offer something extra special. From our self-contained apartments beautifully set in an old Franciscan monastery, with frescoed ceilings and exposed stone walls, to our exclusive private villa set right on the edge of the glittering water of the lake itself, we offer a classic selection of comfortable and contemporary Lake Garda villas. Beautifully furnished to a high standard and accessorised in keeping with the splendour of each of the original buildings, a Lake Garda villa is the ideal base if you want to explore the region. Many boast al fresco dining areas, private or shared pools and plenty of privacy in which to relax and unwind after a day’s sightseeing.
We are also proud to offer a catered villa that boasts seven star lakeside luxury, complete with classic Renaissance style, perfect for the discerning client looking for a truly exceptional stay in a villa in Lake Garda.
All of our Lake Garda villas offer easy access to the best things to see and do in the area. There are many exciting water sport activities based at the lake and plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding countryside either on foot or by bike. One of the best ways to see the lake’s charming towns is to head out from your villa in Lake Garda and take the passenger ferry that regularly criss crosses the lake. Make sure you visit the cathedral city of Salo, famous for its ancient Roman origins and its medieval cathedral. Set on the lake against a backdrop of spectacular mountains, it makes a lovely stop off for a morning coffee or leisurely lunch. Gardone, well known for its stunning botanical gardens, was once a place of grandeur and sophistication, the legacy of which remains today. When in Gardone, a visit to the magnificent Il Vittoriale, the Art Deco estate of the poet Gabriele D’Annunzio is a must.
Other towns worthy of note include Maderno, a nearby trip from our Lake Garda villas, with its 12th century Romanesque style Church of Andrea Apostle, Desenzano, the quiet port town famous for its Last Supper artwork by Giambattista Tiepolo and its dominant Fortress of Scaligeri. To see the area from a different perspective take the cable car from the little town of Malcesine and witness the fantastic views from the summit of Monte Baldo.
Whether you are self-catering in your villa in Lake Garda or heading out to the local restaurants, you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to gastronomy. Fish is the mainstay here, and of course the local wines complement all of the dishes perfectly.
