General

Vista Capri 1 is an elegant and welcoming 100 sqm apartment that covers the entire top floor of a charming villa located on a hillside, facing the sea.  From this apartment you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the island of Capri. It features two furnished terraces, air conditioning and winter heating and a 6m x 3m above ground swimming pool. Below this apartment there is another unit – Vista Capri 2 which can be communicating via an indoor spiral stairway from Vista Capri 1 and rented together for a party of eight - see Villa Vista Capri.
The owners, a nice couple always glad to help their guests and very much respectful of their privacy, live on the lower terrace of the garden. Access to the apartment is through a stepped pathway (35 steps) up from the enclosed car park, on to a furnished patio from where you can see the blue of the sea and the profile of the island of Capri framed by the green of the foliage of olives trees and lemon trees.

Location

Nearby Massalubrense is conveniently located in close proximity to such famous towns as Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Pompeii and many others. This makes Massalubrense a perfect basis for day trips. Nowadays, with the development of tourism, and new structures, Massalubrense has a lot to offer to its visitors. Nature lovers and hikers must not miss the pristine paths of the Amalfi Coast, the Lattari Mountains, up to Campanella Point as it is one of the most suggestive and celebrated in the world. It is an impressive show and imposing view of precipitous cliffs above the 'pending waves'. The itinerary unwinds in the silence of the mountains, with breathtaking scenery, far removed from the coastal congestion and the highways. Close by is Marina della Lobra, a picturesque fishing hamlet with a small harbour. Here you can find the 16th century sanctuary of Santa Maria Della Lobra, erected over a pre-existing pagan temple, it contains a fine 18th century majolica floor and precious wooden crucifix. A religious festival with a procession at sea is held here each year in August. Marina della Lobra is a tiny and picturesque fishermen hamlet consisting of a few old houses gathered around the beach, which is in the middle of a small bay. You will find a little port, shops, bars, and restaurants by the beach.  A car is recommended and necessary if you are staying in this property. However there are frequent and regular SITA bus service, down to Sorrento as well as to Marina del Cantone.
